Overview
The Managed Services Division is currently seeking an
experienced Systems Manager to maintain and support
a global environment. We are seeking a candidate that
wishes to grow with the company, who is able to adapt
to multiple roles and requires little immediate supervision,
but can work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
The System Manager will
be in charge of the Systems Engineering department
and report to the CTO.
Manager is required to
perform technical hands-on tasks, daily.
Will be responsible for
implementations, Level 2/3 Desktop/Server support,
configuration management, monitoring, patch management,
documentation and troubleshooting of multiple clients
in a high-pressure environment.
Skills/ Qualifications
Bachelors Degree, Computer Science
or IT preferred.
Minimum 5 years IT experience.

Previous Level 2/Level 3 Support
with Windows Desktop (2000/XP) in corporate environment

with Windows 2000/2003 Server in corporate environment
mandatory (System Installation & Administration)
Previous experience with Active
Directory and Exchange 2000/2003 in corporate environment
mandatory (Installation & Administration)
Strong Experience with Microsoft
Office mandatory
Strong Experience with TCP/IP
& DNS mandatory
Mandatory Experience with Citrix
Experience with MS SQL Administration
(DBA)
Experience with VMWare
Experience with Doubletake/Replication
Experience with Goodlink
Experience with SAN environments
and Tape Libraries
Experience with backup products
(Backup Exec/Arcserve)
Experience with Antivirus/Anti-Spyware
products
Experience
with Unix/Linux is a plus
Familiarity with networks (Switch,
routers, firewalls) is a plus
Familiarity working in Data
Center environments a plus
Familiarity with NMS products
(Openview, Ciscoworks, TACACS) is a plus
Ability to work independently
and attention to detail
