A. Dale Mayo is a co-founder of the company and has been
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer since our
inception on March 31, 2000. He also serves as Chairman and
CEO of our subsidiaries AccessDM and Hollywood Software.
From January to March 2000, Mr. Mayo explored various business
opportunities, including data center operations. From December
1998 to January 2000, he had been the President and Chief
Executive Officer of Cablevision Cinemas, LLC. In December
1994, Mr. Mayo co-founded Clearview Cinema Group, Inc., which
was sold to Cablevision Cinemas in 1998. During the term
of Mr. Mayo's leadership, Cablevision Cinemas was an early
exhibitor of digital film and explored content delivery via
cable and satellite technology. Clearview Cinema Group, Inc.
had eight screens in 1994 and, when Mr. Mayo left Cablevision
Cinemas in January 2000, it had almost 300 screens at 65
locations, making it the then second largest theater circuit
in the metropolitan New York City area. Mr. Mayo was also
the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Clearview Leasing Corporation, a lessor
of computer peripherals and telecommunications equipment
founded in 1976. Mr. Mayo began his career as a computer
salesman with IBM in 1965.
Jeff Butkovsky, SVP Managed Services, AccessIT

Jeff Butkovsky has been our Senior Vice President - Managed
Services since October 2000. Previously, Mr. Butkovsky had
served as Eastern Regional Director for LogicStream, Inc.,
a managed service provider and colocation company from March
2000 to October 2000. Mr. Butkovsky served as a sales executive
with Auspex Systems, Inc., a network attached storage company,
from June 1999 to March 2000. Mr. Butkovsky was employed
by Micron Electronics Incorporated from May 1996 to June
1999, where he was the Northeast Regional Director.

David Gajda was a co-founder of Hollywood Software.
Following the merger with AccessIT Mr. Gajda became
President and Chief Operating Officer of Hollywood Software
and more recently has added the responsibility of International
business development for all AccessIT business units.
Prior to co-founding Hollywood Software from 1990 -
1997, Mr. Gajda owned and managed an entertainment strategic
consulting company, that helps entertainment companies
such as EMI Music, BMG Entertainment, Sony Pictures,
Orion Pictures and Universal develop their three- to
five-year strategic systems plans. Three years of his
career included worldwide strategic planning and management
of large scale international projects.
Chuck
Goldwater – President, AccessIT Media Services Group

Chuck Goldwater joined AccessIT as President & COO
of Christie/AIX in August 2005 and in July 2006 was
named President of AccessIT's Media Services Group which
comprises AccessIT’s Software, Digital Media Services,
Christie/AIX and Advertising and Creative Services divisions
. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Digital
Cinema Initiatives, LLC (“DCI”), a joint venture of
the seven major film studios (Disney, Fox, MGM, Paramount,
Sony Pictures, Universal, Warner Bros Studios). Prior
to DCI his 30-year career focused primarily on the exhibition
side of the film industry, starting as an usher in a
movie theatre while a film student in college. Chuck
has held senior management positions with USA Cinemas
and National Amusements in Boston, and with Loews Theatres
in New York. He was President/CEO of Mann Theatres in
Los Angeles and President of Clearview Cinemas in New
York. He was also president/CEO of Iwerks Entertainment
in Burbank, CA. Chuck served as Chairman of the National
Association of Theatre Owners (NATO) CARA/Product Committee
dealing with the film studios on various issues, and
as a member NATO’s Executive Committee. He has been
active in a number of industry charity organizations
throughout his career.
Kevin
J. Farrell, SVP Data Center Operations, AccessIT

Kevin J. Farrell is a co-founder of AccessIT and has
been Senior Vice President - Data Center Operations
and a director since our inception on March 31, 2000.
From December 1998 to March 2000, he had served as Director
of Operations of Gateway Colocation, LLC, of which he
was also a co-founder, where he was responsible for
the completion of 80,000 square feet of carrier-neutral
colocation space and supervised infrastructure build-out,
tenant installations and daily operations. Prior to
joining Gateway, Mr. Farrell had served, from 1993 to
1998, as Building Superintendent and Director of Facility
Maintenance at the Newport Financial Center in Jersey
City, NJ. He is a former officer of the International
Union of Operating Engineers. Currently he serves on
the Morris County, New Jersey Infrastructure Advisory
Group Communications Committee.

Gerd Jakuszeit joined AccessIT in May 2004 as Director
of Operations for the Digital Media Services Division
and was named Sr. Vice President and General Manager
in December 2006. Gerd has an extensive background in
Theatre Operations and Digital Cinema. He has held senior
management positions with National Theatres in Ohio,
R/C Theatres in Maryland and Technicolor Digital Cinema
in Burbank. For over 20 years he has served on the Board
of Directors for numerous state and regional trade associations.
Gerd has also been active in numerous industry and community
service and charitable organizations including having
served as President of the Exchange Club of Cleveland.
Gary S. Loffredo, SVP General Counsel and Secretary, AccessIT

Gary S. Loffredo has been AccessIT’s Senior Vice President
- Business Affairs; General Counsel; and Secretary and a
director since September 2000. He also serves as secretary
of AccessDM and Hollywood Software. From March 1999 to August
2000, he had been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
of Cablevision Cinemas, LLC. At Cablevision Cinemas, Mr.
Loffredo was responsible for all aspects of the legal function,
including negotiating and drafting commercial agreements,
with emphases on real estate, construction and lease contracts.
He was also significantly involved in the business evaluation
of Cablevision Cinemas' transactional work, including site
selection and analysis, negotiation and new theater construction
oversight. Prior to his employment at Cablevision Cinemas,
Mr. Loffredo was an attorney at the law firm of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP from September 1992 to February 1999.

Bill McGlamery joined AccessIT in May of 2007. He previously
founded Cinema Screen Media which he grew into one of
the largest and most successful privately owned cinema
advertising companies in the United States serving clients
such as Regal Cinemas, Marcus Theatres and many others.
Prior to Cinema Screen Media, he spent many years in
the broadcast media industry, managing the general business
operations and sales’ staffs of a number of successful
radio stations.
Brian D. Pflug, SVP Accounting and Finance, AccessIT

Brian D. Pflug has been AccessIT’s Senior Vice President
- Accounting and Finance since January 2003. From September
2000 to December 2002, he had been our Vice President - Controller.
He also serves AccessDM and Hollywood Software in the same
capacity in . From July 1998 to September 2000, Mr. Pflug
was the Controller of Cablevision Cinemas, LLC, where he
was responsible for all accounting functions, including financial
reporting, payroll and accounts payable. Prior to that, Mr.
Pflug was employed for four years at GPU, Inc. (which later
merged with FirstEnergy Corp.), a large energy provider,
in the areas of the Securities and Exchange Commission reporting
and accounting research. Mr. Pflug began his career as an
auditor at Coopers & Lybrand and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jim Miller – President & COO, AccessIT Software Division

Jim Miller, president and chief operating officer of the
AccessIT Software Division, has previously served as the
chief financial officer of Hollywood Software since 2000.
Prior to that, he was Vice President and Corporate Controller
at Viacom’s publicly held Spelling Entertainment Group, where
he was responsible for Financial Planning, Accounting, Public
Reporting, MIS and Business Operations for the many entertainment
businesses in their portfolio. Prior to Spelling, Jim was
interim CFO at Silver King Broadcasting unit following its
acquisition of Savoy Pictures, where he was also the Vice
President and Corporate Controller for 3 years. Savoy Pictures
was a publicly traded start-up film and television production
and distribution company with interests in broadcasting.
Jim is a Certified Public Accountant who began his career
in the entertainment practice of KPMG Peat Marwick after
which he spent 5 years in Finance and Planning at The Walt
Disney Studios.
Robert
Jackovich – CTO, AccessIT Software Division

Robert Jackovich is a co-founder of the AccessIT Software
Division and until the company’s acquisition by AccessIT,
has served as its President and Chief Technology Officer
since its inception in 1997. Prior to co-founding Hollywood
Software, Mr. Jackovich was the Chief Information Officer
of Savoy Pictures, Inc., from 1993 to 1996, where he
managed and facilitated the efforts associated with
establishing the organization and systems of this start-up
film distribution studio.
