Such services include installation of equipment in the field using a professional network of installers; technical trouble shooting and problem resolution of field equipment issues; periodic maintenance of equipment in the field; and transition services to replace or upgrade aging technology or software used in the field to provide digital cinema and video network solutions.

AccessIT also makes available in-house support to the Technical Field Services by providing additional services such as warehousing of replacement parts, equipment and parts dispatch, field request fulfillment, and inventory control and web-based reporting.”
